WESTA Conference

I joined Sam on the Celebrity Solstice for the annual owners and managers conference a few weeks ago. We spent most of the day in classes and eating meals with vendors. It wasn't my favorite ship but I loved doing glass blowing, eating dinner at Le Petit Chef, visiting Butchart Gardens in Victoria and seeing the ocean everyday. I learned some stuff too :-). 

Events

This during we checked out some events at the arena. Wynn liked watching the motocross big air show and the girls loved the professional bull riding.

Easter 2023

We always have fun with our Easter traditions of decorating eggs and making sugar cookies. This year at general conference the first weekend in April we were encouraged to include the study of 3 Nephi on the Book of Mormon where Christ appears to the Nephites in the Americas after his crucifixion and before his resurrection. I loved that it gave us a different perspective on Christ's teachings and love for all his children in the week before we celebrated his atoning sacrifice for us.

Annual cake potluck

We had our annual cake potluck for my birthday! Andy is so nice to reach out to everyone and arrange it every year 😁. He had the kids each make a cake this year too and they did delicious.
