All of the sudden Sydney has decided the purpose of hugs is to keep you warm. Today she saw me hug Andy goodbye and she said "Mama, are you keeping dada warm?" And then throughout the day has said "Mama, keep you warm?" and then proceeds to give me hug and say, "That's better." (Sydney refers to both others and herself as 'you' most of the time). I think its funny that shes decided thats hugs are for warmth purpose and the fact that sometimes its true!

ReplyDeleteThat is sooo cute. When Anna used to do (and sometimes still does) things like that I hate to correct her because it is so adorable.
