Liz
Our friend Liz moved here last December from Hawaii and I've been able to spend a lot of time with her this summer. She's a big help when I need a favor, but my favorite thing about hanging out with her is that we always end up laughing about something and get to spend a lot of time outside no matter what the weather. I've been waiting to get the pictures she has taken from some of our adventures this summer while Andy was at work. The next few posts will cover my favorite adventures with Auntie Liz so be sure to read them all!
Way back when, we did our first excursions in late March when the weather outside got more tolerable for Wynn. Auke Lake was still frozen over and covered in snow! We then headed out to Auke Recreation area and walk out to St. Louisa Point. Since it was a beautiful clear day you could see the snow covered mountains in every direction and Sydney got to look for sea creatures on the beach.
