Annual McNeill visit!

Before we officially moved from Oregon, Audrey's family came to visit. They were immensely helpful in helping me finish up the last minute packing and then we headed to McCall for the weekend to relax! It was very pretty and we had a good time. 

Balloon Festival

We've been enjoying a staycation checking out all the activities Billings has to offer. I got to go to my first ever balloon festival!

Summer move

As we've been getting ready to move to Billings and been back and forth between Oregon and Montana, these three have really only had each other as playmates and they've been doing great overall. So happy they are good friends! 

Silverwood

The kids all earned free tickets to Silverwood amusement park this last year in homeschool by reading 10 hours in three months. On our way up to Billings, we stopped at Silverwood for two days to take advantage of their tickets. The first day we played at Boulder Beach waterpark and the kids all loved the family raft waterslide the most. Abby was finally tall enough to try some of the bigger waterslides and she was very brave to try two or three. She liked all of them but one.

The next day we went to the amusement park. Abby wanted to try all the big roller coasters she was tall enough for first. She could do the two wooden rollercoasters. She loved them. Sydney did them with me and her as well. Sydney doesn't love rollercoasters but she likes to prove to herself that she can overpower her fears. She did them too and was very brave. Then we met up with Andy for a water Ryder and some kids rides and called it a day. What a fun time! 

1st temple trip

We got to accompany Sydney on her first trip to the temple to do baptisms for the dead. We are so grateful that the temples have been able to open up again. It was a very special experience to be there with Sydney and, I am very excited that in Billings the temple will only be 4 miles away so we will be able to spend much more often.
