Rio

At the end of the trip we spent a day in Rio. I got to check an item off my bucket list by going hang gliding. We also visited the Christ the Redeemer statue, sugar loaf mountain cable car and the botanical gardens. It was a whirlwind trip and we saw so many things. We are so grateful for the Pack's who took care of the kids while we were gone. 

Ilha Grande

At Ilha Grande, we hiked to a beach and some aqueduct ruins, saw monkeys, ate dinner on the beach, kayaked and more! Our hotel was in a jungle area and was so beautiful.
