This year's trip to Tenakee Springs for the Fourth of July included another exciting seaplane ride for the kids. We saw some whales on the way over too! The small town festivities included a parade with floats drawn by four wheelers (no need for a car in Tenakee!), kids foot races, fishing for toys, and a pinata. It was more wet than last year but we still had a lot of fun and Abby was a champ :). We'll miss this little tradition next year, but are sure to make new ones in Oregon next year!
