This first picture is relevant since Sydney's wearing sunglasses... lol. But the kids both had dentist appointments right before summer, did awesome, and have great teeth.
Sydney's been adjusting super well to summertime. She and Wynn have taken to playing really well together if we are outside. We still have issues inside, but that's OK since we have been able to be outside a lot. We got Sydney an big bike and ditched her trike. We also got her a booster car seat since we needed her convertible one for Wynn. With her bike and new car seat, she feels very grown up! This past week has been super hot for Juneau and we even pulled out our sprinkler mat a few times. Sydney loved it! Wynn is slowly warming up to it as long as he has water shoes on so he doesn't slip all the time. This will be our summer for beaches and low elevation since I strained/got a minor tear in my Achilles tendon. I am having a hard time coming to grips with the fact that I won't be able to pack Wynn and hike in the short Alaskan summer, but it gives me a chance to try out the many beaches that have been on my list and revisit my favorite stroller friendly trails.
